The Lighthouse Christian Academy
Electives
Lighthouse Christian Academy electives provide a wide array of opportunities to prepare for a career or develop a particular strength not part of a traditional curriculum. Our electives are typically experiential and mentorship-based, allowing students to gain the knowledge, skills, and connections. In most schools, students complain of too much theory. Our bell schedule (centered around a core school day of 9 a.m. to 12:50 p.m).provides great flexibility to choose from 50 electives in whatever hour schedule (even nights and on weekends). Students already involved in intensive extracurricular activities such as club sports, private lessons, or volunteer work can apply to create a custom elective and receive credit.
